What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

In Australia, we pay these fees so you don’t have to! The total billed at checkout is the final amount you pay, inclusive of GST, with no additional charges at the time of delivery!

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept payments through Paypal platform. In Paypal you can either use your credit card to pay directly or use your already registered Paypal account to make secure payments without typing your information every time you buy.

How long will delivery take?

If the style and size you are after is shown on the Online Store as “In Stock”, this means items are ready in Australia and it will take 48 hours to be processed and it will be delivered via Australia Post standard shipping within 2 - 7 business days (depending on your location).

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use Paypal platform so payments are dealt securely by the most popular online payment platform.

What exactly happens after ordering?

First we will re-confirm the availability of your style in our stock and then you will be sent an email confirmation with an estimated delivery time for your boots.

Can I return my purchase?
We want you to be happy and love what you’ve ordered.
 
We will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags and packaging intact, unused, unworn, unwashed).
 
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are unscratched and the boots are in original condition and in original packaging. When trying on boots, be sure to walk in carpeted areas until you are sure that your boots fit correctly.
 
We will exchange or provide a full refund in the event of the product being faulty.
 
Please note, if you rubbed off a crystal or stud, this is considered wear and tear. We can certainly take a look at the damage and give suggestions on how to repair the boots if possible, however Corral Boots Australia is not responsible for repairing the damaged boot caused by normal wear and tear. 
 
Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for change of mind.

Cuadra Boots Australia takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by CUADRA. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping. Please record your postage or courier tracking number when sending a return. Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

Your return or exchange will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
